My Approach

I approach each client individually using a combination of consulting, coaching and advice. I have found that remaining flexible when working with individuals who are seeking change is essential. Each session will be defined by you and it is my role is to listen, facilitate change, ask clarifying questions and if welcomed offer recommendations or advice. I have found that one of the biggest impediments to change is not having the tools or not knowing how to take the steps necessary to start. I am able to provide a non-judgmental space to explore options and gain insight and inspiration. My intention is to work alongside you helping you to discover, develop and find what is most meaningful. If you have a problem I can help you break it down and clarify so you can make a decision. If you are stuck and cannot see a clear path I can help you clarify, get organized and create a vision for what you want your life to be so you can get starting on obtaining your goals. My hope is that you will come prepared with an area of focus and I will supply tools, support, unbiased information and unwavering support and belief in you.
