60 minute session where time is reserved for a consulting discussion where the items brought forward during coaching are reviewed and recommendations are made for resources, action plan steps or referrals. This model will also include a summary of the consult and one email support.
30 minute, rapid fire coach and consult session. This is best used after an initial session or if you have an immediate need or pressing issue.
This is a 60 minute session devoted toward a specific project. The goal of this session is to inspire and generate ideas that you can use to create! If you are feeling stuck or are unable to start a project this is a great way to get focus. This session will include written notes and one email follow up.
